We collect only the data made available to AyuQ through the relevant integration and the permissions you authorize.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. AI and Third-Party AI Processing

Connected Wearable and Health Platform Data

Data obtained from connected wearable and health platforms is excluded from processing by external AI providers.

This includes, but is not limited to, data obtained through integrations with:

• WHOOP
• Oura
• Apple Health
• Strava
• Fitbit
• Ultrahuman
• Other supported wearable or health platforms

AyuQ does not share, transfer, disclose, or make wearable or connected health-platform data available to external AI providers, large language model providers, or third-party AI services for AI or machine-learning processing.

In particular, data obtained through the Garmin Connect Developer Program is not provided as an input to external AI services and is not used to train external AI models.

Connected wearable and health-platform data may be processed within AyuQ's own application and infrastructure to provide features such as:

Displaying health and activity metrics
Calculating platform scores
Generating trends
Combining permitted health metrics
Providing dashboards and reports
Providing other AyuQ functionality requested by the user
Other Data and AI Services

For features where external AI services are used, eligible information may be processed for purposes such as:

Generating personalized insights
Analyzing permitted health or lifestyle information
Identifying patterns
Generating recommendations
Improving the relevance of permitted AI-powered features

Where required, AyuQ will obtain appropriate user consent before processing information through external AI services.

Wearable and connected health-platform data remains excluded from such external AI processing.

AyuQ does not sell personal or health data to AI providers.

We may disclose or provide access to information only where necessary to operate and provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or with your authorization.

Garmin data obtained through the Garmin Connect Developer Program is not sold, rented, or transferred to external AI providers or third-party AI services for AI or machine-learning processing.
